@ KABESTRO Nice Z! One question? You live in Puerto Rico right? That Z must have cost you an arm and a leg, you must have paid over 50k for it over there. SMH. That same Z you can get it way cheaper in the states.

Probably more than that. I remember the first 300ZX Turbos that came out in 1990 were going for $70K+ !!! Crazy.

By the way, way to rub it in that we pay way less here in the States.

I believe those LED's are DRL's only. When you turn your headlights on ... the LED's turn off. Huge Bummer. Someone needs to hack this ASAP!

Yup, mine turn off when my headlights are on. The DRLs are on with no lights or side markers, but no headlights...... Sucks!

Damm well that really sucks for 13 owners, whats the point of that I dont see it. It would be so mucch cooler if they were on when your headlights were imo.

I agree! However, they do light up pretty light and can see them on walls when driving by. I am going to try to find a way to hack the harness, and get them to stay lit with the HLs.

The price is not due (only) to dealer markup, it's the ridiculous tax you have to pay on cars.

Back in 2000 my dad bought a new car in Texas and shipped it to PR. He paid $39K for the car and had to pay $19K in taxes.

Base model you can get for mid 40k, if I would've gone with the Nismo, probably would be eating Chef Boyardee everyday.

There you go, they're actually pretty bright at night alone, would be great if someone can find a way to keep them on...
