2012 Magnetic Black 6spd Base
 

Hello all. My name's Anthony and I just picked her up on Sunday. I went for the base, cuz I figured I was going to end up modding it anyways and the numbers($) were just right for me. I came from a 1990 240sx with an S15 swap, which I'm getting rid of. I made a deal with the devil, my gf, that's why I'm selling the 240. :p

She's already back at the dealer getting repairs. ): I got the windows tinted today and then the 'service engine soon' light came on. Service writer said the code being shown was for the throttle body. I'm sad. She has to stay overnight and it should be fixed by tomorrow.

welcome! I too came from an S chassis and made the jump to the black Z but I have the sport. Were you on Zilvia often?

Thanks guys! I just picked her up on my lunch break. Service writer said the battery was low, but wasn't showing on the gauge, sip it was throwing all sorts of codes. She's perfectly fine and in my possession again. I was a lurker on Zilvia, didn't contribute much. The desert Nissan and all emblems and side markers have been plasti dipped. I'm going to take the desert Nissan off Sunday. Black want my first choice, but I love it!!

Make sure to read up on maintaining black paint when you get a chance. Black looks amazing but its a part time job to maintain.

Hey infamous do you notice your 2012 magnetic black isn't as shiny as the magnetic black "metallic" for pretty much all the other years. I have a 2012 magnetic black too and I been trying to see if I'm just imagining things or our regular magnetic black really does look fairly dull next to the magnetic black metallic. Its interesting take a look our 2012 is the only year where most of the paints aren't metallic. Even brilliant silver wasn't metallic for 2012.

My car exactly, (except for a shitload of aftermarket stuff that's on it now...) lol, looks awesome, that's why I went with black as well, takes the bloat away nicely and looks tucked and neat :)

Congrats! How dark did you go on your tint?

Hi. I didn't update, but my car was totaled last December. I switched teams and got a 2010 platinum graphite with a BP single.
