I could really feel the difference but was amazed to note that whilst there was an increase of over 35BHP as a result of the mods, the max power registered on the map was just 315HP! As Nissan quote 331 I was more than a little dissapointed.

Is this normal? Should I focus more on the gains than the absolute power? Whats the best way to get to that magic figure of 350BHP?

Any ideas/suggestions?
Why do you need more power? 315whp is more than enough to have fun! Your next option is either SC or TT.
