Just got my base + Sport M6 370Z in Pearl White, Love the car, it beat out a V8 mustang Gt to win my approval, although it was a close battle. I just think the Z is a little more classy and less common.

No racing, It was just one of my options. I don't think a 370 will take a 5.0 mustang in a straight line anyway

theres actually a few vids on youtube and i believe there was a thread about that as well. the Z wins on a straight away with a mustang 5.0. and the Z it is actually 1sec quicker than the 5.0 (its been proven and tested)

I looked at getting another mustang as well but was not impressed. Glad I ended up with a z. Great choice!

The high occurrence of "Mustang vs. Z threads" is likely because many people cross shop these two cars. There was a narrow margin separating the two vehicles during my purchasing decision, I can understand why there is increased debate and discussion.
