A nice review -- glad to hear you are liking it

At the risk of going off topic -- yes, OEM recommended method of break-in... zero oil consumption. A coincidence? Probably not.

Pic looks fine to me. Glad you're enjoying your new Z.

Just lighting and the fact that they are not 100% exactly equally angled. It's impossible for a non-homogenous set of panels to reflect light at the exact same angle within the design constraints of this application I think.

Please note the leading edge of the hood at the front where it meets the bumper on the car in your avatar.

Odd, but not atypical. You have polymer and aluminum. Texture can influence tint. Paint dries differently on metal vs. plastic. Metal dries it from the base out, plastic from the out, in. That is why people whine and bitch about the "orange peal" on Corvette's. GM does not price the car in a way that an extra polishing step is do-able to remove this by-product of chemistry and physics.

Mine match well enough that I cannot see what you mean in person, and noone else has mentioned it.

So far, the car turns more heads than my Z06 did. Strange, but kinda cool.

300 miles...
Wrap guy: Looks nice, gears...are...tight? (He is used to Ferrari's, etc.)

Tint-shop guy: I LOVE THE INTERIOR IN THAT CAR!

Guy at the dealership on delivery day (customer): I like that car! May I look at it? *asks a ton of stuff*. My Z06 was parked 10 feet away, and he said "Oh, I already have 3 of those". He was an older gentleman that seemed all talk and fanciful story (but who knows?), but he ignored the Z06 even before I got there, and was looking in my 370Z, etc.

Girl at Burgerking: "I like your car."

Wife to husband (parents of above girl): We can put the wheel chair right in..."
Husband: NO! We do not need a car like that. (He seemed put off and unamused by the situation, actually).

So, yeah, it does catch a few eyes. Kindof surprised!
