Hey guys, I just picked up a new 2011 NISMO # 518. Just about as satisfied as could be with the new Z. I had an 03 350 track and loved it. I really liked that car. Hungry for tires and fuel, but otherwise problem free. Just hoping this new one will tolerate the abuse as well! Anyway, thanks for having me. Pics to follow :stirthepot:

go test drive one.. and you will see..

So that's what is looks like to drive a mustang, Backend of a 370 looks sweeeet. Only time I see the backend of a mustang is in traffic,,, never in the twisties

The new 5.0s are pretty stout... definitely not like the old ones.

"The Dragon" in North Carolina. Some 318 curves in about 11 miles. Great stretch of road. :tup:

Good for straight line speed...

They handle very well, too.

This video is all CGI. We all know that the Dragon is an 11 mile drag strip. The camera was swung to create the illusion of turns and cornering.

yea you are right, he should have totally passed into the oncoming lane and crashed head on into a car just to show he's faster. you know its a ticket just for touching the yellow lines on the dragon, right?

I wonder why that's a ticketable offense. Oh, right, the whole "oncoming traffic at breakneck speeds" thing.

It's kind of irrelevant, since so many people drive the Dragon hard.

When we were there for Zdayz, the police told us they were more concerned with us not crossing the yellow than whether or not we sped.
