Default New 2011 BS 370z Owner in MA

Traded in my 1999 Accord V6 coupe two Fridays ago for my new Brilliant Silver Base 370z M6 w/ Sports Package. What an upgrade huh?

First order of business will be buying snow tires/wheels, as this will be my DD for at least a year.

As for my next investment, I'm caught between an audio/nav/backup camera system or HFCs. I know the two mods are completely different and shouldn't even be compared but I'm trying to upgrade one thing at a time. Any advice?

I've never heard HFC's on a 370z in person, but the only thing I'm worried about is how loud they can get. I graduated in May and just started at a company with an aging workforce. I'm already worried that I'm coming off as pretentious buying a new car after only being there for a month since they don't know that it's my dream car and I've saved up for a very long time for it. I don't want to come off as obnoxious too.. rolling into work with a loud exhaust.
lol I'm planning to trade in my 2000 Accord in for a 370z w/ Sport Package as well... I also graduated recently in June. I'm assuming you had to get a loan? What interest rate did they give you for a recent grad/job?

It all depends on where you're getting the loan from. I went to my credit union and they were giving me rates based strictly on my credit score, after I got approved of course. They were offering 2.99% for scores at 740+ and 5.99% 700-740. The dealer, who financed me through Chase bank looked at my credit score, my highest credit line, my annual salary, time employed, and came up with a rate of 5.75%. I talked it down to 4.99%, the size of my downpayment didn't affect the rate either.

Why go through Dealer/Chase 4.99 financing when your credit union is offering 2.99?

Anyways, congratz on your Z
