Default Just Grabbed a brand new Z

Figured I'd post up. I just got my Z about a month ago. 2010 with Sports Package, 100 Miles. I've already had my windows tinted / got a Kenwood touch screen installed, as well as a rear view camera.

Next Steps are catback exausts / CAI's, as well as upgrading the stereo.

Any advice on what I should do after the catbacks and the CAI's, to balance out the car before I spring for forced induction?

Nice to meet everyone!

Here are some pics of her, fresh off the lot. I'll be taking some pics with the tint / head unit / and rear view soon.

Good suggestion. I never even thought about that, but now that you mention it, I think that would look great with the silver paint.

Thanks!

Silver is one of the best colors and color matched or black head lights are YUM on them.

Congrats. I would consider some Test Pipes or HFC then a Tune. Either that or just save all your money and boost it. LOL

hahaha, I just want to make sure I balance the car out before I boost it. Just having boost as the only mechanical upgrade is the auto equivalent of having a large penis with a small wallet.

I'm a staunch proponent of not ricing a car out. I fully agree with your suggestion of not completely blacking them out. I want my car to look like it has lightly tinted sunglasses... not like it drove through the actual sun lol.

Even with my exhaust, I'm being extremely careful in making sure that it doesn't make the Z sound like a pissed off bumble bee. I just want the car to be mechanically balanced before I get boost on it.
