Hi all,

Alan here, Cypress, CA.
Just got my first "Sports Car" this Sunday. Had a few Datsuns (preferred that name) and also have a 2010 Frontier K-cab, '96 Explorer, 04 Moto-Guzzi 750IE and 04 BMW r1150r. Last two are motorcycles

Had always thought of owning a Porsche (Cayman) but on researching/comparing, they were certainly not worth (IMO) the ~25K price differential. I did get a DEAL on the 2010 Z (<29K + tax/lic)...but it did take about 6 hours of haggling. Worth it though.
..There a still a few around, with roadsters being the majority.
Out of what they had, I got a Pearl White 7AT. See that it poles as most wanted choice. Was surprised at that!

Looking at a clear bra option, and possibly a front windshield outside "clear" film.
On my last Honda coupe, I was constantly getting chips on windscreen. I got
so many I gave up on chip repairs. And I don't follow close, just that car was so low down. Had it 10 years.

Love this car more every time I drive it. Parked next to a Porsche at AAA, today while doing insurance. Didn't give it a second glance.

I wasn't going to,.. but I got thd Nissan Oil Change package " includes "ester oil" which was just to good a deal to pass up. I normally do my own changes, but pulling cover off, and just general inconvience, not cost effective.
Seems ester oil not figured in cost, but confirmed it will be used on 370z.
Got the extended Nissan warranty too, as this cars a keeper and I'm covered for 100k. Just over 1K for peace of mind is worth it. Repairs, especially on the electronics can be pricy.

That it for now Guys n Gals. I've already found a wealth of info here already.
Will report back on how what mods I do.

-Alan

Just love car
