So what was the tax situation buying in California? I researched it, as the car I wanted was in LA, but seemed I would have to pay CA sales tax

So what was the tax situation buying in California? I researched it, as the car I wanted was in LA, but seemed I would have to pay CA sales tax unless I had it trucked out of the state. I'm not sure if I would have been taxed again when I registered it in AZ. I ended up buying in Nevada, no taxes, and got a 15 day transport permit. I will be paying taxes in AZ.
