Time to introduce myself.

I've been lurking here quite awhile. I've owned a 94 5MT n/a Black Emerald 300ZX for atleast 10 years now. Was excited when the announcement of the 350Z came out, but the styling just never grew on me. However, when I first saw the 370 I had to have one.
My dad has an 09 Base/Touring in MB with 7AT that he bought last year. I would never have thought I would ever prefer an auto over a manual but this auto is fantastic. The 6MT's that I test drove where nowhere even close to the smoothness nor had the feel of the 5 in the 300ZX, which was a huge letdown and had me thinking, well maybe the 390Z? will finally be the total package. Then after driving my dad's Z a few weekends I was sold on the auto.
Well, I bought a certified pre-owned 2009 PG Sports/Touring 7AT all options except Nav, with 5700 miles, this past Sunday. It has rained and sleeted all week. I finally was able to wash it today, no rain 39*. I have already gained a wealth of information from searching the forum here prior to purchase and look forward to learning more and contributing. Yeah, thanks. It was repainted last year after a lifted truck backed out of the parking space to my left and never saw the car. He swung out too sharply and his front tire scraped down the driver door busted the glass and took out the qtr. in front of the rear wheel. Door was replaced, entire car painted and all window trim new. Two two-seaters aren't practical and I was planning on selling the 300 but every time I clean it up I have a hard time committing to getting rid of it.

I REALLY like the 300. Beautiful color. I almost bought one like that when they came out. Kinda wish I had now.

i love the 300ZX.. and you have such a nice and clean one.. dont you ever sell it.. its a keeper.

as for the 370z. u did the right choice to get one.. i am getting in love with this car day after the other.

Welcom both Z's look great. I test drove a 7AT and as cool as it was I will never pass up a stick, its a true drivers car when its a stick. But the auto is faster LOL.

Wow......two Z's is always better then one....congrats on the new 370Z.
