http://www.the370z.com/members/my09z...ure26988-a.jpg
I picked up my 2009 370 Z Touring package on friday January 14, 2011! I bought it used with 1,800 miles and got a killer deal on it! its a 7 speed auto and has every option on it except navigation and sports package! I traded my 2010 Camaro LT1 on this car and it was the best decision i have ever made! I LOVE MY Z!!!!!! |
Congrats and Welcome! :hello:

I would like to hear the good/bad about the camaro and why you traded. Congrats on your new car and finding this forum.

To: Zeeing Around: the camaro was nice, it was cyber grey metallic and i did a metallic blue stripping down the hood and side so it looked good but it was a V-6 which sucked. the ride was fun but became old really fast, the seats were not very comfortable, causing me back pain do the the lack of support and neck pain do to the way you sit in the driver seat and if i moved the seat up to help with the neck pain i hit my head on the headliner. Plus my weekend car is a 1994 trans am 5.7L LT1 with only 82,000 miles on is (i have had the car since i was 13, use to be my grandmas car, i know shocking lol) so i couldn't really justify having both a camaro and a trans am.

To: Cmike2780 : i got very lucky to find my car, my neighbor is a general sales manager for the nissan dealership here in town and he knew that i have always wanted a Z since the 350z came out. He sold my now 370z to a older couple back in september 2010 brand new with 10 miles on it. They put 1700 miles on it and traded it in for a fully loaded 2011 altima coupe 3.5 cuz they missed having a back seat, so i looked at it as there loss is my gain :)

Congrats! Love the blue.

i hope the new car is more comfortable than the camaro. How much different is the suspension IYHO? beautiful blue machine you have. I owned a 1980 pontiac firebird for 8 years and have an affection for the birds. a few things you can be sure of with the Gm, the heavy doors will sag and the air conditioning will quit after a few years.
The nissan and subaru cars have given me great service over the years. There are still three GM cars in the collection, so we have not given up totally with them. |
Congrats on dropping GM aka Government Motors

Congrats and Welcome!

How much did you buy your Z for?
I had a similar situation. I bought a 2009 Touring Automatic without GPS for $30,800. It had 2700 miles. I looked the car up on the Manheim auction reports and saw how much the dealership paid for it $28600. So I wanted it for 30k. But compared to what other dealers were offering it was a steal. They also gave me financing over the phone using Toyota Motor Credit lol. They gave me a great rate. I did the deal completely online and flew down to Virginia to sign and pick it up. In and out within 45 minutes. |
Congrats. :) :)

To iscandar: I paid $27,995 for my 370Z Touring. The sticker price brand new was $36,995, it doesnt have gps or the sport package but id did come with the Illuminated kick plates and the aerodynamic kit so i was pretty happy with the price and i loved the color!!!! it was funny i went to pick up my title yesterday and when i pulled on the lot i had the brightest car on the whole lot with all the new nissans. They had about 12 new 2011 370Z parked right in front but they were all dark colors (magnetic black, gun metallic, brilliant silver and one pearl white)

I think you got a better deal then I did. You have about 900 miles less and much cheaper. I am not sure if I have sport package or not.
|
Injoy Your Z, Very nice car.
