New 370Z owner
 

Hey all, I recently got a 370Z, and figured I'd join this forum with all you other Z owners. I've had the car for only 2 days, but am in love with it. I got a black touring with nav, and actually got it at invoice. Wasn't the color I wanted, but I couldn't pass up the deal after looking for the 370 and coming up empty handed at the other dealerships, or seeing it price adjusted 5000 bucks.

I gotta say, my only gripe is putting it into reverse. I've never driven a 6 speed manual before and I put it in 6th my first time instead of reverse, lol.

You'll get the hang of it quick enough. Congrats on the car!

and any tints, aftermarket rims.....etc in the near future??

I'll have to dig out my digicam to get some pics. Not sure about aftermarket mods just yet, although I am looking to put something on the back since I didn't get the aerodynamics or sport package.

Looks great. is it base or touring? Black color isn't too bad. You just have to work extra hard to keep it clean. BUT if you can keep it clean, it's probably the best looking color out there. I personally can never maintain a black car. Glad to hear that you've scored invoice price deal. Keep her safe and stay off any snow. Z gets horrible horrible traction in snow. It's nothing like 350Z.

The new Z sucks in snow even with winter tires? Here, in Louisville, we get very little snow, but we do get an inch once in a long while.

I'm so torn by the black color. On the one hand, it looks good with a great wax job. On the other, the color tends to mask the Z's beautiful lines. On the other other, black is a little more 'cop proof.' On the other^3 hand, it shows dirt and dings. Etc.

See my dilemma? But it is a beautiful car. Interior shots a possibility? I don't think I ever get enough pictures of this car.

I do have two interior shots atm. I didn't post them, because i really only took them because my friend asked.

Very nice, what color did you want in the first place? You can't go wrong with any color.

I wanted silver. I was going to put an extra clear coat on it to make it shine like a mirror.
