hello. can anyone tell me if it's normal to hear any sounds from the clutch when you press it in the first and second gear. thanks. mike

from whats been said by many others here and from what ive experienced. This is quite a noisy tranny. Clunking sounds going from first to second is common, as is clunking going slow, and depressing the clutch when in 1st. Takes a bit to finesse and make smooth but you'll get there. Congrats and enjoy the car!
