Mine was after >13 years with my trusty Pathfinder which I still have and intend to keep for my winter drive and towing my boat. Imagine sister engine 3.3L engine 186HP before and now to 3.7L 334HP! after all these years. I am a bit surprised you didnt go for the "new" 2009 models which would have net you some savings
