Great. Your Z looks stellar. Can't wait to see the write-up on the KWs. I am all over those if they live up to their prior reputation.

What are your thoughts on HFCs and intakes? Who do you think will prove out to be the stellar combo there?

Enjoy your Z

I believe in the gains to be had from HFC's and more so (obviously) test pipes. Cats are the most restrictive part of the exhaust so that should be the first step. Intakes are hit or miss honestly. I come from FI, so intakes actually made a bit of a difference. As some have said, the stock design isn't horrible so I don't expect much more than noise from them. I think I'm leaning towards JWT for the intakes, but not going to make decisions until I see what happens with Denny's test of the Stillen.

So far, the most sensible exhaust I've seen on here has been the GTM one. The design looks decent, I didn't find anything that made me question its performance. Maybe they could have tapered some of the muffler/pipe joints, but otherwise it looks like a solid design. The rest are beautiful, but give me a break with the prices. I don't want a show car, I want an efficient, well designed exhaust.

I'm not going to put ANYTHING on engine side the car until I get a baseline dyno run in at a reputable shop and I'm unfortunately not going to do ANYTHING to the suspension until I get a full trackday in. Gotta mod with a purpose, not just because someone sells it...

I will definitely do a thorough write up of the KW's. I think I'm getting lucky because a friend of a friend is coming to FLA. Apparently this guy specializes in KW racing setups..corner balanced and everything, so Im going to have him setup the car.

Cool, keep us updated.

I like he JTWs so far but the Stillens claims are outrageous. Glad Denny is calling BS. We will see if they really deliver to their claims. I am new to tuning, but 18hp seems unrealistic.

Will look at the GTM. I have been watching the Berk, seems legit.

Are you doing anything for the sway bar as part of your suspension tune?

Again, your Z looks great and I appreciate someone that know what they are talking about. I was able to get my Jeep to perform well above stock from the help of a great forum. So it is awesome to have the same for the Z.

If COR wants to do test fitments on the car I wouldn't say no, but I'm looking for light racing wheels and I don't know if thats what they focus on.

Umm, also getting some more news on the coilovers... looks like I'm not getting V3's..I think I'm getting KW Clubsports...and that "friend of a friend" turned out to be Robi from RobiSpec...what?

I have heard the difference is night and day between Clubsports and V3's!!!

Well this was a surprise but we have already been in the R&D mode for the last 5 months on some light weights which we hope to get some on a track soon

Well in that case, I would be happy if you gave me the chance to help out I need a set of track wheels/tires so maybe we could work something out. PM me if you wanna chat.

Also if you ever want me to throw a set of wheels on and put the car in a show for you, I'd be willing to be the token 370Z.

I'm going to be on the track...next saturday...holy ****.. I have to put 800 miles on the car this week...Oh no...road trip...

Btw, if that was your E92 M3 at the Palm beach show, then dear god that was sexy.
