Getting ready for RUSH!
And not the band! With the movie release finally coming Sept 20th, I found some time this evening to review the 1976 F1 season, starting with the Wiki summary to refresh my memory of the drivers, teams, and circuits. The Nürburgring Nordschleife is prominent because this was the last F1 race there as a result of Niki Lauda's accident. If you don't mind (or perhaps enjoy) the Italian narration, there's a 4 part series of YouTube videos that recaps the 1976 F1 season. There's also a nice one that highlights Niki Lauda's race at Nürburgring.
If you're into F1 history or are old (and lucky) enough to have seen Jim Clark and Jackie Stewart drive, I can't recommend the next one enough Racing Legends: Jackie Stewart. It's a great story and uniquely told!
Hope you enjoy and will add your own F1 memories to this thread.
