SKYRIM - Oblivion
 

Anyone here playing SKYRIM? gotta have something to do in the Winter I suppose :)

I just picked up skyrim, mw3, assassins creed and uncharted...so far i have made three different characters in skyrim, and am about to start over again. now i know finally i wanna make an archer...cuz melee is overrated.

Oblivion owned me for about 6 months, Skyrim is doing the same thing LOL!

I just got this for the pc yesterday. I've never been a big fan of American rpg until I played fallout which I liked a lot. I played one of the earlier elder scrolls but didn't enjoy it but since I liked fallout so much I thought I would give elder scroll a try again. But skyrim really isn't doing it for me and graphics seem mediocre. I rather shoot guns then swing swords.

I picked it up last weekend, but haven't even had a chance to open it yet! The last Oblivion overtook my life for about 6 mos. That was before I had a 2.5 yr old little boy.....now this time around it will probs take me 6 yrs :shakes head:

honestly, my overall impression is overrated but i am trying to give it an honest try. i prefer mw3 and uncharted 3.

I'm liking it a lot.
It's much more about the story than mw3... definitely keeping the interest as much as the last Oblivion...

I'm selling my pc copy of skyrim $35 shipped. It cost me $60.

I prefer Bioware. Their RPGs can actually hold my interest. If you wanna know story? See mass effect/or uncharted (not rpg). If you want to fall in love with characters see dragon age 2/ or uncharted (better than an RPG)

Its tolerable now that i made an archer, but i never really like fallout either. i played it and never finished it. eh, i guess bethesda is an acquired taste i never acquired, like lutefisk.

Playing it, like it quite a bit, just like being able to do whatever I want lol. Will have to check out uncharted though.

It is kinda depressing to see how many hours I have racked up playing Skyrim, but it has been very addicting and overall I am very impressed.

The day before yesterday I just built my first set of Ebony armor which I have enchanted every piece.

I have also been playing a lot of Battlefield 3, but "those darn kids" freakin' own me!
