So I'm gonna say that this Elite thing that the charged $50 for so far really sucks. Slow load time and errors have just made it crap.

Same here, my guess is they didn't do enough MASS beta testing ON THE CONSOLE and the servers simply can't handle the massive amount of players.

Give it time, let them update everything and get it running. You really didn't pay for anything special, you just prepaid for your maps... :ugh2:

i just got it yesterday... beat the campaign in like 2 sittings.... i think 6 hrs41 mins had some great set pieces and great pacing

only thing i didnt like is there are some really cheap deaths.. a few times i would have no clue where the fire was coming from...but besides that it was the best one yet

Picked it up from Redbox last night (always try before you buy!). Better than Battlefield, but the online play was way too laggy to be much fun; yet somehow I was up until 2 AM playing.

Just got word that I have to attend a meeting 1 hr out of town starting around 6pm. So I probably won't be on tonight until later.

This is madness.

How is the multiplayer? Is it any different from MW2 or just another rehash of the same old thing?

After playing both, the gameplay on mw3 has slowed down to BF3 speeds.. Not sure if I like that or not. But the accuracy of it is ridiculous, in 3 shots your dead. No more unloading a clip into someone and them knifing you.

The perk system takes a while to figure out, and leveling up is going to take forever. They intend for this one to keep you busy. No level 50 15th prestige's in 1 month. (Unless they just really, have no life whatsoever)

I'm tryin, almost to level 43 now, next weeks gonna suck with the move and all but I'll be back asap.

Good game leaves off right from mw2. Story is not as good as mw2. Seems like the end of modern warfare, which i think is a big mistake. For as long as it took to come out you thought they would have had a dramatic climax and ground breaking graphics and more surprising elements like the airport scene but no. Still fun to play but in campaign mode the enemy seems to camp alot and not know youre there.

When are they going to make it look like the movies with real people...sega cd. Sewer shark and what was that vampire game called with the chick from different strokes...

When i try to get online it says the servers havent set up???

my only problem with the campaign was Why the **** were those people on vacation when the **** was going down all over the world....lol

If my family decides to get me a PS3 for Christmas, which I doubt but still... I really wanna play the Resistance line of games... I might get a cheap one just to have one.

I want a PS3 just so I can play the Killzone series and also finish the Metal Gear Solid series as well. Plus having GT5 would be a bonus as well.

Gen Info: Just started playing Multiplayer this week on MW3 (Lvl. 23), wanted to finish the Campaign first. Also got side tracked playing Survival Mode and Spec Ops for a couple of weeks. Usually play FFA when not playing with anyone else, but I am up for playing anything really.

So I've started to get really frustrated with MW3 lately. I'm not an expert gamer but a usually hold my own with a posative k/d ratio. Lately it seemed I couldn't do crap on MW3. Until my 12 yr was watching a game I was playing and hold told me that by watching the Killcam he could tell that a lot of people are using Modded controllers.

I've heard of modded chides and how Microsoft boots them off live, but modded controllers never.

So I watched video online and saw that they can shoot, reloaded faster, turn semi and burst rifles into full auto, jump/shoot and drop/shoot.

This is crazy and it seems that everyone has them and is taking the fun out of playing online.

I try not to worry about my K/D ratio much. I've watched some kill cams that made me wonder how in hell the person was able to kill me, but... I know if I worry about that stuff, I'll stop having fun. My roommate and I don't worry about anyone else on the servers ratio but we do compare our own lol

I was never impressed with how low the skill level in this series was to begin with, but hardware mods like these just make it mindless and bleed out what little bit of competiveness there was left.

Kind of sad because I thoroughly enjoyed the mess out of CoD4 and played tons of MW2 before the exploitation of bugs became prevelant.

What is the point. you think they'd be able to tell by how quick of successions the input commands are and be able to boot them. but why would anyone do this?

Why would an athlete take sports enhancement drugs? Because they like to win and it doesn't matter how. They are probably the ones talking the most sh!t too.

It's just not as fun when you die instantly why you've been unloading a freaking clip into the guy.
