sooooo ready for the new season to start

I am not so much into reading :tup:, so you can tell few things which are missing in series which might tempt me to read those books

I don't know where you're at in the show to be able to tell you what was in the books and not in the show.

I haven't seen any Mammoths (yet) in the TV series. On the other hand the books are absent of the man-on-man sex/attempted rape scenes. (This may be a disappointment to some)

The best example I can think of is the whole Daenerys/Qarth story arch had a lot more going on in the book. Too bad they didn't have Emilia Clarke wear the traditional Qarthen dress they described in the book :yum:

So I just caught up on season 3 and holy sh!t pretty crazy. The wedding was shocking!

Ah! The Red Wedding. So sad when I read that part.

I was kind of in shock after that episode.:icon14:

One of my friends told me all about the Red Wedding when I first mentioned that I had started reading the books after I watched season 1. Completely ruined one of the biggest shocks of the book for me. This guy also ruined the end of Breaking Bad for me too when I mentioned I had to wait a few days to watch it. I no longer discuss anything related to any shows or books I actually like with him lol.
