hrmm that reminds me of someone form the old cartoons.. was it the creator... ahh i cant remember.. old age is catching up with me..

From what I have gathered the character we see in the 60s moon landing is the 'leader' of Cybertron while the others are all off world.

i dont understand... they had megatron at the hoover damn since what like the 40's or something? so they already knew about the transformers.... when i first saw the trailer on ET yesterday i thought that doesnt make sense because in this trailer they have to already know about the transformers... but the part about the feed going dark makes me thing maybe they are trying to cover it up.... i think i read something about the back story is thats why the US wanted to win the race vs the Russians to the moon so bad?


but im not going to think too deeply and waste my time as all the human character storylines and the 8th grade humor and basically everything else ****** up the movie to where you cant even watch them

i really do try to give them the benefit of the doubt because im that age bracket that was obsessed with them as a kid... i dont even have a problem with the way they look in the movies at all... its just the script/ comedy/ and Bayisms are straight piss


but srsly i mean shia lebouf really went to transformer heaven last movie? and that transformer had a damn walking cane and the robots talked jive and that one girl was a transformer/terminator? WTF if they could just turn into people why didnt they just infiltrate government for the last 40 years it goes on

just make a movie on cybertron have limitd humans in it... maybe like space marines or something and have lenard nimoy do unicron again and call it a day

Actually the robots that look like humans are real characters but from the stories I remember they never really used them, ever.

There has been mention of the Russia v. USA arms race being a part of this story, but again when it comes to a movie like this, any real plot is just side story.

The only thing I could think is that they knew about megatron of course, and during the cold war the shuttle crashed on the Moon and the US rushed to find out if it was more stuff like megatron. The cutting the feed I would just assume is part of the cover up so the public is kept out of the loop. Though really? Why not just stop broadcasting the feed to the world.

yeah i may remember that i dunno i find that when i go back and watch like the show or the animated movie or stuff like GI Joe or thundercats its not quite like i had in my mind of what i remembered the show to be... but this was the bitch basically from terminator 3 looking for john conner.. i mean really


but their kid helper friends of indiscriminate race and the sharktacons were real characters too but i dont see them in the movies lol

I just go into these movies expecting to see **** blow up. They have transforming NASCARs in this one racing around Chicago. :bowrofl:
