I have another interesting theory!
What if they are using people for human sacrifice! Think about it. They had candles and religious stuff and there was not a zombie to be found like its some sort of protected land.

When they were running and getting shot at though they ran by a bunch a bones that were skinned like a scrap pile after gutting. Sacrifice just cuts out a heart or head, not leaving every bone freshly skinned.

Right right but it was so cleanly picked off not like bits and chunks taken off. When u skin and gut a deer u leave the skin and the parts that cant be eaten left on the bones like the head hooves and such. Those bones were picked clean as a whistle. Theres no way people eat all the little pieces of a human body. It might be a ritual to let the bodies be cleanly picked apart or something idk

We do our own deer. 100% comes off. Main strips, roasts, etc come off in chunks, everything else gets cut off for ground burger. If you're in an apocalyptic world you'll pull 100% too since its meat/protein etc.

Yep. And once you're done with the knife, throw the bones in a pot and boil them clean. If the other option is starvation, I'll make that **** last.

I wouldnt eat hair and toe nails and **** like that even if i was in an apocalyptic situation. If they have that many signs out there im sure there food supply is pretty dang large so its not like they have to use it all. Like im pretty sure u would have a severe body reaction to eating certain parts of a human. Ur digestive tract and stomach cant break some of that **** down or it would cause u to feel sick if it can. Idk if i was a cannibal i would still only eat parts of them.

I have another idea! Maybe they offer the body of the captives up to their religious figure for blessing through rituals and once it is blessed then they eat it. Still like a cannibal and religious aspect. I mean that candle room was fishy. In some religions the sharing of health and good fortune comes with sharing food for a feast for their god. For instance greek mythology u sacrifice part of ur meal into a fire or whatever for ur god and share ur meal with them.

Christianity sort of does it with the bread and grape juice as well. So possibly they do that with humans and they share the bodies with their god in return the god grants them safe passage and thats why there is no zombies there. Hmm maybe

Lol no **** you wouldn't eat hair and stuff. You don't eat it on a deer. You skin it and cut every once of meat of the bone. Doesn't matter where it's at on the body. In ground beef or stew it all tastes the same. Human also tastes like pig so picking and choosing parts isn't hard. On a grill or stew it all looks the same.

Well bone marrow is also very nutritional as well, Its well known cave men ate it. Plus the French it it today….but they eat almost anything….pancreas, heart, eyes…..mmm bone marrow spread on some fancy bread with a glass of red wine???

Well, looks like:

1. They came up with a (potentially) clever way to make good use of the Abraham and Co. story arc (I won't spoil it, but in the comic, it's a bit of a let down...)

2. Terminus appears to be unrelated to any specific comic book settlements or story arcs.

3. Hard to tell from a trailer than really concentrates the undead carnage, but looks like they upped the budget to spring for a better array of really gnarly zombies.

So far, I'm feeling optimistic about the upcoming season...
