My guess is Andrea due to here change of heart during the discussion which will probably be strengthened after what happened at the end of the episode, but she is also Shane's main squeeze so there will probably be some inner turmoil going on.

He did get really weird in last nights episode. I may or may not have preferred it when he was bedridden with a bullet wound.

The only small bit of next week's episode I saw was during the comic men show afterwards as I was doing some work. I can't see what is in your link due to work restrictions, but I think we will be back to traveling next week.

so what's going to happen to the prisoner? My guess is someone will execute him without consent of the group OR he will escape

When I read the episode description before the show started last night I really thought Carl was going to do it. My guess is that he'll probably get away in the next episode and bring his group back to the farm in the season finale in two weeks.

The prisoner escapes somehow. I am betting he meets back up with the other group and they attack the farm which will lead Rick & Co. to leave the farm.
