Super long story short:

Purchased services with Dr. Tattoff and then decided I wanted to keep my tattoos. Dr. Tattoff has a no refund policy :mad:. Soooo.... I either had to exchange services (tattoo removal for hair removal) or take a gift certificate.

650.00 for 864.00 in services seems fair :tup:
