One question I would have is you said it has Apple Care but don't you have to be the original owner to utilize it? Is there anything that can go wrong like Apple locking the system?

They wont say anything. For all they know i could have rightfully sold it to u have no idea how to transfer it.

Easiest way is to go in with it, say u bought it. And theyll transfer it to ur name
