Default 370z GCC region owners plz come in..

Hi all

This is deffenitly a question not for those living in the U.S , since the temp. Over there no where near what we got here in GCC

Anyway , since we have ambient temp. Always above 40 C , and easly reaches 50 C,

Just want to know whats the oil temp. You are getting with your Z??

Please state it in every driving style possile (normal driving-hard on throtle-track-drag....etc)

For me under normal driving conditions in the afternoon where its around 45~47 , oil temp. Is around 107~110 C

Plz share yours and state if you had faced "limp mode" before

Peace

110c is not too hot at all. in fact that's about the perfect oil temp.
However i'd still recommend an oil cooler with a thermostatic sandwich plate.
I have a VQ35HR in my G35 so i can't really comment much on oil temps. Although it's pretty much the same as yours. Highest I've seen here is around 114C. I currently have a custom trans oil cooler i'm gonna install probably tomorrow. Then I'll be getting a GTM HD engine oil cooler. That should cover any cooling issues.

Are you stock or modded? The only two 370Z's i've seen here are girls :S
Don't see many around.

mine stays on normal driving at 220F (110C) as mine is US specs and if push a lot which i usually do it goes upto 250ish around 120C. Oil cooler is a must for the Z. I have already GTM HD engine oil cooler which I will install soon
