Haha sounds reasonable Abu Dhabi Govt had to help Dubai out with billions (no numbers were released) but the amount was large enough basically to have Dubai rename that Skyscraper

Abu Dhabi Govt had to help Dubai out with billions (no numbers were released) but the amount was large enough basically to have Dubai rename that Skyscraper from Burj Dubai to Burj Khalifa (Ruler of Abu Dhabi and President of the country)

And that's a lot!
