Minneapolis/Metro Area Nissan Dealerships
Hey,
So I picked up a 2014 Nismo from a Subaru dealership in WI and was looking for a local dealership to use for recalls and maintenance. I was going to see where people recommended. I went to Kline Nissan last weekend to have them pull the shipping spacers out of my front shocks that were still there and I was quite unimpressed by there service I received. The service reps I talked to couldn't decide how long it would take to pull out the spacers(Apparently there's more to jacking up a car than I though...) and then they charged me for the labor after all of the reps I talked to told me that it would be free. Called back and talked to the manager today and he couldn't understand why I thought that I shouldn't be charged for the labor. What dealerships do people recommend since I'm definitely not going back there.:shakes head: |
Bought my 2014 Nismo at Wayzata Nissan but I've gone to Morrie's Nissan in Brooklyn Park for some service work. Both places were fine for me.

Right on, I think i'll have to go check out the Nissan Dealership in Brooklyn Park once it warms up and I can take the car out of the garage again.

I would NEVER go to Wayzata Nissan...heck, not even to take a crap.
I hate to hear you had bad service at Kline? I HIGHLY recommend servicing at Kline Nissan in Maplewood. Ask for Michael Kern for any/everything, he's the man. He's been there for the longest of anyone in their service department, has won multiple awards for good reason. We bought our Altima there and have lifetime service, I used to take my G37 and FX35 there, and I'd take my current Nismo there but I can't get on their GTR lift(too low) |
They charged you to take out the shipping spacers that should have been fuckin removed before delivery to the customer? That's terrible :shakes head:
