i think probationary officers start at 36k a year so hey I'll take it. theres always overtime for a young single no children guy. For the academy training and experience it really cant hurt and its better than the bank.  |
from what i understood, they don't want somebody going through there 6 month program and then walking out for a better paying position. then they also give you three choices of part of the state on where you want to go
