Where are they doing the driving on the track and infield? Might have to come check it out. The website said the day is filled already...

Yes the road course consists of part of the oval and part infield although I'm not sure if any of the course has changed since it is under new ownership now. Here is the registration page - I really doubt it is full already...

Me and a friend of mine have been wanting to go to a track day for awhile, but I've never been before. I don't really know what all that info on the registration page is...help?

Yea thats a different page than I was on still looks cool.
I might have to give it a shot

I have a customer who recently went to Vegas and did that drive exotics around las Vegas speedway

Said it was awesome. He was in a gallardo superleggera and the instructor kept telling him faster faster...
He chose the lambo and he tried a murcielago. They had the aventador there but it wasn't ready to be driven for whatever reason
I asked why not the 458?!!

I can't wait to go this fall!
I'll try to get the pictures up from his day.

Yes they do this at Disneyworld now too. Problem is they put multiple cars on the track at the same time and I really doubt they allow passing so I'm sure it becomes an expensive exercise in follow the leader. I'm sure I would be disappointed. I'd rather go balls out in my Z on the track rather than putt around in a supercar. Sounds like your friend had a better experience!

Just PM'd Lou. We need to do a lunch or something. I am on a new schedule where I work 7 days on followed by 7 days off, so I am off every other week. My weeks are Tuesday through Monday (work or off). Let's figure something out.

I'll be in Weldon springs? On march 3 to test for Missouri state police. Im not sure how long it could take probably into early afternoon
But i wouldn't mind grabbing a drink afterward.
How far past st Charles is Weldon springs anyway?...

Don't know where you live, but Hwy 40 would be easier as the HWY Patrol is right at 94 and 40, unless you live on the north side. From 70 and 94 it is about 15-20 min in normal traffic. I live about 7 min from the HWY Patrol in Weldon Springs. What time will you be there?

thanks the physical part is easy. The written is pretty similar to the Illinois test. Missouri seems to hire pretty regularly so I wanted to give it a shot.

I know it starts early in the morning so going my Red's assessment I should be done by noon or so.

Im in Illinois so I really hadnt taken a look where I had to go yet. So shouldnt be hard to find it sounds like. It would be great to meet up after.
