Could not make it either. Tried to take off work but my coworker is on vacation and no one would cover the shift.
Next time I am making no exceptions.

Has anyone in St. Louis tried this
Clutch pedal too soft/no feel? Remove the helper spring! I was told to take out the oem spring and dont even need the helper spring. I want to do this but not sure what or how to do it! If anyone done this before..can somebody help?

Remove the two C clips circled in red, use needle nose pliers.
ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372203257.784839.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372203269.351543.jpg These hold on the bolts (red circles are pins you removed) and push them towards the side with the heads on them (marked with yellow). ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372203320.851954.jpg That assembly comes out and then you can remove the spring. Incidentally I have an extra "softer" spring if you want it (free). It changes the pedal feel to a softer one but doing this or removing the spring won't change the engagement point.

This is true, that's what I went with and love it. Hence why I had an oem pedal sitting around in my living room.

Yeah I think it is, gets rid of that jerkiness for the 1st-2nd and so on. It just comes down to what you want to spend, RJM is a full pedal assembly at $250 while the spring is $10.

You could always start with the Helper Spring, its 10 bucks and 20 mins of your time to see if its enough of a change for you to keep it the way it is. Then think about spending the money for the full clutch pedal assembly. Or even better, you can just completely take the spring out and go for a spin. The pedal will be much much softer than with the helper spring and a bit loose up top, but it will give you an idea of how much it changes the feel.
