Hey Jim, did you have any issues registering/changing the title on an out of state car to IL? Just asking because I found a clean Maxima here in Ohio that I'll buy if the numbers are right a drive back. Title is clean, been in OH it's whole life.
Even though the car is registered out of state, is it the same process? Just go to the DMV, fill out the paperwork, submit the title and wait for the new one in my name? Sorry for the noob questions....never bought private sale before. ![]() |
