i know right!

and ya if you are actually wanting to "tune" i would say probably should get that done a day or two before jsut because we are already gonne be cramming cars in to get 3 pulls in, so i dont know if we would have the full time neccessary to tune that day

I like your post count...666

I have minor upgrades, so if someone with more wants the dyno time I'll give mine up.

edub370 01-27-2012 07:48 AM

^^ thanks for being flexible. i think most of us are understanding enough to let the people who really wanna dyno go first. i'm the same way. i'd like to to, but if theres no time, i won't lose sleep over it. and as stated before, we dont need to be out by any certain time, so we dyno until we get tired of dyno'ing i guess

No problem. I can use the 3 pulls to dial close to 9 PSI while monitoring AFR. It's running whatever conservative tune Sam provided for 91 octane. It's pretty rich, too, with a bit of headroom for more boost. If I can make it through without requiring a tune, that'll be nice as well.

Who did your headlights?

tower74 01-27-2012 09:59 PM

:ninja3:Well it's looking like I will do the dyno now. Got something in the works for the Z and after the meet up it'll probably be gone for at least a month. So now it's more important than ever to have all my parts in by Feb. 20th. Damn this will rock...sorry no info on what's gonna happen....:gtfo2: I think my wallet is about to pack it's bags and find a new home.

edub370 01-28-2012 09:41 AM

I think your wallet packed up its bags after the body kit :roflpuke2:

sboden 01-28-2012 10:22 AM

My wallet is scared to get within 2 miles of Tower's wallet.....

tower74 01-28-2012 11:39 AM

Just when I think I'm done spending money for the year something else pops up and it's back to square one. If the price is right ill do it but if I'm looking at another 2 grand, I got to draw the line somewhere or I'm back to where I was 2 yrs ago and working only to pay bills.

edub370 01-28-2012 12:22 PM

sts tt setup....????

tower74 01-28-2012 12:26 PM

Nope.....he said its pointless for twins because the single can make up to 950hp

At the same time he did say they would build it if someone really wanted it but you better be ready to not see your car for about 2 months

sboden 01-28-2012 01:11 PM

Who did your turbo setup or better yet where was it done?

tower74 01-28-2012 01:50 PM

If you're asking me...I bought it from executive performance in meriam,KS. I would not go that route, I would buy it online..like from UAM --jamicia. Save yourself about 800-900$ on taxes, plus Andrew is a great guy to do with business with.

Now as far as install it was also done by them (exuctive performance) but I warn you now. They work on mainly domestic cars and will take 2-3 weeks to finish. I would check with MKC to see they could do the install or hell do it yourself and save another $1200. Many routes to with this system.
