LOL. You aren't going to believe this...I opened the hood this morning and realized I have K&N Typhoons. I know there is no oil cooler though! Runs a 240 degrees. So oil cooler then I will drop her!

CD009 transmission is in as well as the Z1 lightened flywheel and clutch kit. Car shifts like butter. :happydance:

The shop messed up my newly wrapped front lip, though.

We've been meeting every other Friday at Sonic...I think this is our off week. I'm not sure that my svelte figure could handle a large Sonic shake every Friday! :icon14:

SmoothZ 07-26-2013 07:15 PM

Yeah, no Sonic tonight as far as I know. Otherwise, my phone would have blown up from texting.

BTW,

Yesterday, I saw a Magma Red 370 on Galaxie Ave in AV. Then I'm pretty sure I saw the same car again today on Hwy 13 in B-ville by the HS there.

Today, I also saw a dark silver (40th?) 370 on Co Rd 42 by Target in AV.

I've seen a blue in Eden Prairie twice in three days now. Next time I'm following him and demanding that he join us...join us!

SmoothZ 07-27-2013 10:16 AM

:D That would be funny.

SmoothZ 07-29-2013 06:38 PM

Had to call the popo today when I got home. My kids were at the school playground a block away. Some unsupervised juveniles were hanging out and being d-bags and decided it was their park to control, so they told my kids off. Some tough 5th graders decided to choke and beat up my 8 year old.

I hate Section 8 housing. I also hate how parenting has become a burden for so many welfare sucking pigs in this country.

Arrvaxx 07-29-2013 07:36 PM

Sort of related...might make you smile:

When my son was in preschool (he's 17 now) I got a call and was told he beat up another kid. Was not pleased of course. Before I hung up, prepared to go get him, I asked, "Who did he beat up?" "-Someone- Reed," was the answer (don't remember his first name). I paused.."You mean JAKE Reed's son?" ...Jake Reed of at the time Minnesota Vikings. They said, "Yes." ....I called my wife and told her she needed to pick up the boy. >.<

Dang, I hope he's okay Dave! Did the cops get there before the kids left?

SmoothZ 07-30-2013 07:42 AM

lol @ Jake Reed's son. Probably deserved it.

Devin is fine. Cops weren't called until about 1.5 hours after it happened, but they took the report anyway. We'll be on the lookout for that gang.

1cleanZ 07-30-2013 08:51 AM

:p The oil cooler was one of my top items on my "to do" list for auto-x and the road course, especially after the issues I had with my G37 last summer up in Brainerd.

No hp....but very excited about the addition as a pleasant suprise :)

I DOOOO NEED MY EXHAUST ASAP THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!

SmoothZ 07-30-2013 09:31 PM

Go Fast Intentions!

SmoothZ 07-31-2013 07:34 PM

lol - damn, my money flies so fast! Had to pay for the rest of the cabin rental, so my fun money is gone. :(

Arrvaxx 07-31-2013 07:49 PM

I am thinking of taking that FI with 12" that was put up yesterday. Just dont know if $1050 is a good enough deal to warrant eating beans for two months. >.<

SmoothZ 07-31-2013 07:51 PM

You can eat beans for 2 months? My gawd! ;)

That's a lot of beans for an exhaust.

Arrvaxx 07-31-2013 07:55 PM

Yeah and i really would prefer a Gen 2 instead of 1 and 18" res over 12". I will probably show some self control and stick withmy plan for Swifts and 15mm/20mm's.

Oh and new plates!

The FI countdown begins tomorrow!

Ordered (or will with cash in hand tomorrow) my Swift R-specs, spacers, and FI w/18" resonators from Mr. 1cleanZ himself!

Tonight I am swapping out my map bulbs for red LEDs. I might have to use orange but we'll see. Three from superbrightleds.com were only $12 with shipping so, meh. Next week will be springs and spacers then November (ugh! Haha) will be Fast Intentions goodness. Not sure I can wait until November to do -something- so I am sure an oil cooler is in my fall future. >.<

See everyone tomorrow night.

Arrvaxx 08-01-2013 05:25 PM

BTW...this is bullllllshhhhh$$$$$$$ttttt:

Subd. 7.Plate fastened and visible. All plates must be (1) securely fastened so as to prevent them from swinging, (2) displayed horizontally with the identifying numbers and letters facing outward from the vehicle, and (3) mounted in the upright position. The person driving the motor vehicle shall keep the plate legible and unobstructed and free from grease, dust, or other blurring material so that the lettering is plainly visible at all times. It is unlawful to cover any assigned letters and numbers or the name of the state of origin of a license plate with any material whatever, including any clear or colorless material that affects the plate's visibility or reflectivity.

I live in Eden Prairie and am about two miles from the cop shop so see them all the time. I can't imagine that I could go more than a week without getting tagged for having no plates so I'm going to try some tint. Wish me luck!

SmoothZ 08-01-2013 06:11 PM

That's total BS! What are we talking about? lol

Man, I wish I could get a new exhaust right now.
