I bought a 370 from out of state that came with 27% tint, which was legal in the state I bought it from. The 27% isn't as dark as it sounds like it would be. I'm guessing 35% would be great. I haven't put many local miles on mine, but I have yet to get pulled over. The MN law DOES state that if you have a prescription from an optometrist requiring window tint then you're exempt from the law. In the olden days, in MN you actually had a restriction on your driver's license REQUIRING window tint. That's no longer the case. Now you'd just carry in your car a prescription ALLOWING it.
