Yeah I have seen some but at the time I wasn't looking to do anything... yet. Now that I am looking for parts they don't show up at all. So I just got them from Tony. I have them sitting by me right now and will have them put in Friday! I am really excited.

So was all excited to get the 510 finally registered (I know) and was talking to boss at work, he sad the state will / can technically title as the year of the motor

So be a 1991 510, and would required to follow said laws. (Egr, cats, ect)

Now I'm all scared. Said I should drive out to miami county and hope for a fool.

I've titled more than a handful of vehicles in Kansas and never once had them do any kind of aftertreatment checking. Obviously your situation is quite atypical, but I don't think you will run into a problem.

Worst case, you show up and they tell you they are going to title on motor vin and you fail inspection. I don't think they add that to the system, they just don't do anything with it and tell you to fix it before you bring it back.

I titled my 350Z at the title office in Lawrence and the people were complete herp derps so if you want to find a backwoods office, you don't have to go far.

Good luck.

ya just had the jeep "inspected" since was a MO car, at the office at lamar and i35. they simply check the vin numbers to match. super easy.

but asked him about my old car and he said would have to take it to their new "specialist" at the Olathe office and they would put it on a lift and such.

I was thinking about going back and hoping get some1 stupid. maybe try convincing I just fuel injected the original motor if start to push the question. Maybe show up early with couple boxes of donuts...

at worst they would tell me to come back.

Ha I'm not THAT new but I just don't post much. But man that is awesome! Gotta love old school. I would say singe exit. Not entirely sure what other exhaust options there are... besides a custom one. You should take it to Fast Fridays next weekend!

On the 350, the best sounding exhaust I have heard is good quality resonated test pipes and the Nismo exhaust.

will be able to participate again very soon. #1 goal is to have ready for art of machine on 29th.

at the exhaust competition at zdayz, the singles we're clear winners. but he said no way.

i remember the nismo with tp sounding very nice. wonder if there difference between stock nismo exhaust and the aftermarket "s-tune"

think he might go for this, as very cheap option, can always spring for the full exhaust later.

Yeah it's definitely not the loudest option, but by far the sexiest sounding. God I miss that VQ35 exhaust note.....

I hope you have it ready by then too! But as for the exhaust the singles are definitely way louder not the cleanest sound though. I would go single but if you can't there are many nice options for a dual exhaust on 350 as well.

I got a real early birthday present, the TPMS scanner showed up Thursday. Now to figure out how to use it.
