and i agree, family comes first. i dont think anyone would blame ya for takin care of that. cars are always a toy, family is family

If I get these it will be sooner than later as they will have summer only tires on them. We don't have a ton of snow here, so I like to have nice winter wheels when I can. The nismos definitely fill that order.

I'm torn between gunmetal and blk though.

well the blue with black ALWAYS looks great. one of my favorite combos... however, i haven't ever seen a blue 370 with gunmetal before... would almost be cool to go that route just to have something a little different...

I'd say gunmetal, because the other cars i've seen this done on seem to always look sharp

Thanks for the opinions....just found out yesterday...an added expense for college of 100 a month meaning $1200 more a year. This may kill the wheels....I'm still deciding...have to let the extra expense wear in first....If I do get them it will be the gunmetal...I've had gunmetal before on a silver car and loved it.

thanks, just trying to jazz up the interior a lil more. no companies really tackle major interior parts like this. can't wait to move on to the rest of the interior the top piece over the gauges has taken sooooooooo long. i'll eventually end up making one off door panels, center console, and a couple over things.

Well the car got dropped off to Chad today. Two exhaust leaks...in and out going sides of the system. I've noticed a drop in the Vac. pressure...went from 20 to 10 and then finally a boost drop from 9psi to 6-7psi at high boost. Come on big numbers when he fixes the issues. Watching him fine tune that 631hp Supra (could of gone higher but the owner only wanted around 500lbs of torque) I have complete faith in his abilities.

Ya chad's the man with making stuff go stupid fast. bummer about the leaks. at least u know it isnt anything major now. what kinda numbers u looking to hit?

I'll be happy with 450 but 470 would be nice.

Excellent news. Exhaust leak is what you wanted to hear as the issue. Keep us up to date.

Yes they are going to Fort Scott on Sunday. I can't make it because we have relatives in town for my daughters graduation.

Yep. I talked to her yesterday about a house. I drove my Z to the house and she asked what kind of car it was. She mentioned you right after I said it was a Z. She couldn't understand why someone would drive so far to drive the Dragon :eek:. I told her she wouldn't understand because she is driving a Prius :owned: :icon17:

As posted, Heart of America Z Car Club is taking a cruize to Ft. Scott, Ks. this Sunday, May 20.

The route down will be 2 lane black top state and county roads the entire way. The route will cover about 100 miles and will take about 2 hours.

We will depart the QuikTrip at Blue Ridge and Holmes (13100 Holmes) at 11 am so be there and be ready to pull out at 11 with a full tank of gas and an empty bladder. You will be provided with turn by turn directions. On this route, with the possible exception of Drexel, MO., there will be no gas stations, convenience stores, etc. to take a "pause for the cause". If you need to bail out for any reason, 3 "Bail out" options are given which will take you over to US 69.

Once we arrive in Ft. Scott you're on your own to tour the Fort (free admission), check out the old buildings downtown, or head directly to our refreshment destination..Sharkys Pub & Grub.

Return to KC is on your own. It's an easy drive up US 69 to KC...4 lanes and 75 mph speed limit.

BTW, there is a slight (30%) chance of storms Sunday...not enough to stop us.
