mcconned 03-15-2013 01:17 PM

Look on our Heart of America Z Car Club website under "Racing Events" and see the details about a High Performance Driving Experience sponsored by NASA in May at Heartland Park. You do not have to be a member of HAZCC but you do have to be a member of NASA.

Or, look here: Heart of America Z Car Club :: View topic - NASA Event at HPT

Not sure how to take that...I"ve never paid federal, so all of a sudden owing $4500 of which I knew $2300 of that would happen from capital gains, was kind of a shock. It does take away money I would have used for various things including possibly the car. $4500 is $4500 whether I can mod a car or not.

Everyone raise your hands if you think $4500, which is approximately $2,700 more than I would have paid without the capital gains, is ok for the federal government.

If it takes away from my spending, how does that help the economy which creates jobs which helps those without jobs get jobs or keeps people from losing jobs.......

Because if they didn't take more then how could we possibly police the globe?

Trust me I get screwed the worst.

1. I'm single
2. I have no kids
3. I'm a white male

equals out to be about 33% of what I make and that was at 60k a year. I can only imagine what it's going to be this year at 100k. Stupid government.:shakes head:

JacksonZ33 03-15-2013 04:57 PM

My clients arent smart enough to write me off, therefor I rarely ever get 1099s

So I just bought a 510!!!! Super excited.

Not sh!tty, rusty, non-running one either. Nice one, with KA24.

Now I just have to go pick up in California.

mcconned 03-15-2013 05:15 PM

No different one, that owner sold out from under me, wasn't meant to be.

Been looking at this one for awhile. Has newer re-paint, and rebuilt motor. Turn key daily driver.

Needs just a little love, but I would never buy complete finished car.

tower74 03-16-2013 09:11 PM

Remind me not to every have children. Edub you know what I talking about.....I will have to stomp them into the ground when the car is built.

tower74 03-17-2013 01:33 AM

You know the kid in the shitstang was the "leader" of the group. I could tell by his attitude and the fact the rest seem to follow him like a lost puppy.

erkthejerk73 03-18-2013 08:59 AM

Kids  We thought it was just some guys hanging out with other Z's. Well there was a couple 300z and a 350z. Little did we know that we were crossing into the daycare zone. I was old enough to be their father. ALL OF THEM. I think I have a nephew and niece that are older.:ugh2:

We were both trying to find an escape route.....:wtf2:

JacksonZ33 03-18-2013 12:24 PM

mcconned 03-18-2013 12:28 PM

Go to the For Sale section and put WTB with your list. When I put my list up to get the old Z back to stock. Holy shyt. I was surprised at how quick I got all the parts. I had everything within 2 weeks. That was the exhaust, intakes and cats. Trust me 90% of the people on here honest.
