wellll i have not tried boulevards new beer. just finished my last chocolate ale last weekend tho.

i want to make car love with that orange gtr... wait.... no thats right

That intake looks good. what companies is that?

and i'm a big fan of the shift knob change on the z's. completely changes the shift feel

JacksonZ33 03-14-2012 03:11 PM

fujita intake, most vendors i found hated them as a company, most were ready to stop selling their products all together. as far as fit, finished and overall quality its spot on. plus it has its own maf sensor mount, where many others use a big portion of the old one.

ya little things like shift knobs go far in the driving "experience"

i warned him about getting a metal one, and 3 hours after putting it on, he now sees why i bought the derlin/plastic nismo one.

edub370 03-14-2012 04:47 PM

why does nobody want to carry that intake any more?

What is the warning about the metal one? Just that it gets really hot in the sun or some other issue?

sboden 03-15-2012 09:02 AM

I've had a metal one before and yes they get very hot. You need gloves during the summer to drive with one. I would still get one again and I like the looks of the one in the post. You just have to know what your are going to put up with.

Started picturing Edub with a GTR...I had to stop......

JacksonZ33 03-15-2012 10:59 AM

ya hot as can all be, especially in a black car. gotta stick a crown royal bag over it while it sits, helps a ton, still hot tho. I do like the weighted feel better than mine tho.

we're gunna see ethan on that Strange Addictions tv show going to town on that poor kids gtr.

Hey do any of you guys know where Stilwell is? How far is that from St. louis?

edub370 03-19-2012 11:11 AM

Looks to be about an hour south, southwest of kc. so about 4.5 hours from stl

JacksonZ33 03-19-2012 11:26 AM

ya i've got a client in stilwell. only like 10-15 min from my office in lenexa.

just south a lil more south than most consider "kc area" but not like off the map or anything

sboden 03-19-2012 11:09 PM

Southern Johnson County at 199th/US69 Hwy...it is a township, so you won't find a city of Stilwell.

MapQuest Maps - Driving Directions - Map

I live in gardner on the map.

I would say Edub's estimate would be about right.
