Reputable Shops in the Twin Cities?
Has anybody here had positive experiences with shops in the twin cities area? I'm trying to find an affordable and professional shop in the TC area that you guys would trust to work on your Z.
I want to put some springs on the car, but I don't want to pay $500 to do it. Thanks for your input! |
I have been wondering the same thing. I dont know of any personally hopefully someone can help.

Elite up in Blaine is good. They specialize in Nissans.

Thanks Smooth. I checked them out. Nice guys.

Smooth,
Do you happen to know their labor rack rate? |
Not sure about pricing because they sometimes have specials going on or discounts for the type of work they do. I want to say it's about 70-80 per hour. Give them a call and talk to any of them. They're good guys.

Contacted them, talked to Jamie- as you said, really nice. Really backed up in March though- so have to plan accordingly.
|
Just a follow-up, I've been having trouble reaching Elite Autosports now. Left a couple of messages, now I get "mailbox is full" ... are they still in business, or just REALLY backed up?
|
Seeing that it's Spring, they might be really busy and getting ready for the race and show season. I hope they're still in business.
|
Well, based on my brief interactions- that would be too bad- they seemed like good guys.
On another note- if I can't get in there, anyone have in recommendations for another good tuner. Preferably Nissan (or at least import) tuning and bodywork, comptetive rates ($75-$80/hr)? |
I'm going to see these guys this Saturday at 8AM. You can give them a call. See info below:
