Hey all!

Just testing interest here.

I have a contact over at Speed by Design. They do a lot of crazy GTR builds.
Speed By Design

I was talking with them last night and they are looking for a local to test fit and build THE FIRST 3" intakes for the 370z platform. If you would like to be the first person running these please let me know. The larger intakes should offer quite a bump in power just like when Akuma MS brought out their 2.75" intakes.

Please respond here if you are interested. The more available cars the better.

Well once I see there are a few people interested I will work with them on the fine details. They just need to see interest.
The cost to fabricate new intakes and become a vendor on the forum will be pricey so that's why.

Roughly what I know is they will need the car brought by to see it, take pictures, take measurements and start the fabrication process. The car will then need to come back for test fitting and adjustments. The amount of times it will be needed depends on how smooth the creation process goes.

Like I said I will post more and dig a little bit deeper into the deal with the guys at SBD. :tiphat:

Understandable. Mine is also DD'd at the moment.

Let me see if I can get more details on how long they would need the car and things like that.

MyKindaGuise 04-18-2013 12:01 PM

Update: They would need the car for one day. Mostly a Saturday or whatever is convenient. Let me know if this changes anything.

Z RATED OKC 04-18-2013 12:12 PM

Where is this at though:confused:

My Z is not a daily driver. I could leave it. I think I would be interested.

mdxj 10-07-2013 05:50 PM

Not a lot of activity on this page... I have seen a few new 370zs in the area so doing a little fishing to see if any are on here

WhiskeyHotel 10-08-2013 08:36 AM

We visit sporadically. Check out the OKZCC page on Facebook.

Already a member. I have been seeing a lot of 370z's around OKC lately but I keep forgetting my cards.

Moemeister 10-08-2013 10:33 PM

I just rolled 52K today :eekdance:

mdxj 10-09-2013 07:40 AM

I'm at 32k now, bought it with 11.5k. Are you Edmond at the oil change place on memorial?

Moemeister 10-09-2013 05:32 PM

Yeah that's me, work in Edmond, live in OKC.

mdxj 10-09-2013 08:11 PM

Ok. I see your car all the time there

tRidiot 10-21-2013 04:16 PM

Looking for some recommendations for shops in the SE OK area. I just ordered rear camber arms and toe bolts to get my Z back in spec after the Swift rear springs have cots me three sets of rear tires.

I could drive all the way to Tulsa I suppose. Fort Smith is an option as well. That's about 30 minutes from me. I am guessing I'll go get the tires put on somewhere close, then be safe to drive up to Tulsa if needed. Currently, my rear tires are not safe to take more than a few miles to the nearest tire shop.

Suggestions, guys?

Thanks!

What's up guys! Just picked up a 12 nismo a week or so ago. Coming from a g35. And loving it so far.

Toe bolt and rear camber takes under an hour to do man! It's easy stuff.

I keep hearing that... I will talk to my landlord and see if maybe I can use his shop. He has an old Porsche in there, so he probably has a low-profile floor jack, I'd assume. The problem I have is the drilling of the toe bolt holes... I need to do some more research here before I get too serious about drilling holes in my own car. :/

Sure would be nice to spend that money on my next AR build, though! :D

Bumping this thread from the dead it looks like. The number of 370's around OKC seems to be increasing

w4kj4k 11-29-2014 12:51 PM

Wow! Forgot this page existed!

mdxj 11-29-2014 01:10 PM

Yea, I had to go back several pages to find it

Anyone still active in the OKC area? I won't be back for a few months but I'm looking to get some work done when I do (foot well lighting and aesthetic and things of that nature). Didn't know if there was a good audio shop in town someone trusts to do some wiring.

TJSq 03-29-2016 08:15 PM

anyone in OK on this thread still alive
