Well a review does not have to end in you recommending them or saying they are bad, just point out all the points.

Lets just say.....the pillars were made horribly.....they dont even have the curve that goes with the angle of the car......my OEM pillars are still with Altered and they are using them as a template to create their own CF pillars and they will be using aluminum pins so it will be a bolt-on....these are held on by lots of velcro, double sided tape.....and Krazy Glue. :icon14:

Yeah wow, that looks like **** man! Taillights look nice! ;-)

Those tails are really really nice.

Pillars are...nice too...but the fitment doesn't seem right :)

Exactly right. There is a slight bend in the OEM pillars to match with the flow of the car.....it didn't appear to be in there. Sigh.....I'm rather irritated....to think, I put all this money into my Z and now this last mod messed things up. :icon14:

Man, I'd just go get the original ones on. That CF stuff starts to make these things look too Ricey anyway.. ;-)

I'd think John after seeing the pic you posted for everyone to see would agree that the product is not up to snuff and they'd offer to take them back and refund you the cost in order to maintain a good reputation for taking care of loyal customers. Those things should fit like a glove with no gaps whatsoever considering you paid good coin for them and for all the other mods to AIR SMURF ONE! But Hey!!! Those JDM Tailights are the SHAT!

If it isn't raining tomorrow morning I'm going to haul it up to Fairfax and get a Gi-Hugic Mocha! Anyone else gonna make it?

I have to go in to the office tomorrow morning for a while so I'm a no-go. Stupid audit!

That blows for sure! I hate working on weekends.

Anyone know what these are? I found them after the install yesterday @ Altered.

Found the one on the left in the passenger side front floor....just below the glove box and found the one on the right behind the passenger seat after sliding it fully forward. Any ideas?

I'm actually in Pittsburgh this weekend - as an early birthday present to my Dad, I'm taking him to the Steelers vs. Vikings game on Sunday. Also showing off my 370Z to my uncle, who was once an owner of a yellow 1969 240Z. He says thus far he's impressed, and thanked me for keeping the Z heritage in the family.

So I haul it up to Fairfax with rain threatening all the way up from Stafford. However, no rain the whole way up! Get to Starbucks, park in the same spot as before and head in for my Mocha. Sat there for a good half hour just enjoying my Mocha and people watching. It never rained the whole time. Then I start the trek back and wouldn't you know, it rains pretty much the whole way back! Just light rain and luckily I avoided the crazies. We'll have to plan something in the near term so we can all get together again. I realize that for some its quite a haul so think about some middle of the road places and times that work for everyone and lets plan to get together.

Dang...just now getting a chance to get on here....my aunt's Mustang had a flat and I was helping her with that today. Hopefully we can do something before the end of the year....even if its an actual sit down kinda thing like Annapolis.

Well the extended forecast says it will be sunny this Sunday. Anyone interested in trying again?
