Good Nissan dealer in northern VA for service

Can anyone recommend a Nissan dealer in northern VA for service? I need to have ESCL recall service done by a Nissan dealer. Thx.

As Randy stated, Chantilly is good.

Hmm

I was afraid someone will respond with something positive about Chantilly Nissan. Few years back, took my wife's 350z there for service, got it back with interior panels all scratched up and bent. Looked like work was done by a 2 year old toddler with a flat head screwdriver. Perhaps now that toddler has grown up and hopefully moved on. I may give them another chance. Thx.

They did all the work on mine and I always had a great experience. If you use them ask for Stacy, she will take care of you.

Good to hear about Chantilly. Here's my two cents about my recent service experiences:

1) Koons Nissan Falls Church
I recently went there when a tire suddenly went flat. I kept the car there for a couple days while I ordered tires (they had none in stock and couldn't touch Tirerack.com's price). When they installed them the first time, they didn't bother balancing them - no weights, nothing. When I returned the next day they didn't bother using my wheel lock key and exploded the locks trying to take it off and busted up the rims. Never going back.

2) Rosenthal Nissan Tysons
Overall, I've had good service there but they try to upsell at every corner. For $40 you get an oil change but for $90 they "check" your battery, brakes, air-filter, cabin-filter (my 09 doesn't even have one), etc. Last time I was there I waited for an express oil change and it was done quick. But, as I pulled off, I glanced at my temperature gauge and noticed it was already at operating temp (about 190 degrees). Is that even possible if they actually changed the oil?

I have been taking my car to Brown's Fairfax Nissan. I have been pretty happy with them.

I have had good luck at Brown's Sterling Nissan. I have two Nissan's and take them both there for service. Terry is my service advisor and they have a loaner program that you might be able to take advantage of while you Z is in the shop. Good Luck!
