UFC Fight Night Meets

Wondering how many people would be interested in having regular meets at like BWW to watch various UFC events. I usually watch them by myself at home, but I figured if we have enough UFC fans in MAZOC then it would be fun to watch together.

I'll throw out Arundel Mills as the initial location, but if we can find something closer to the majority of people who are attending we can change it. UFC 161 with Dan Henderson vs Rashad Evans is this Saturday if anyone's interested, but I'm not sure if I can make it. I really wanted to watch the Anderson Silva fight at UFC 162 on July 6th.

So who would be interested in this?

used to go out to Greene Turtle in Columbia for UFC all the time, haven't gone in a year or so. If I'm around I'll swing by!

UFC 161 was unentertaining... but 162 should be good.

I'm down for it Shahid, and BWW ftw, either that or have it at someone's house with a $5 or BYOB cover.

Doesn't seem like there's really much interest in this. I'm down for UFC 162, but I don't think we have anyone who's house we can watch it at. If someone wants to volunteer for that, please let us know.

Actually Deb and I are closet UFC Fans, we usually just watch the FX warm ups and but have yet to pull the trigger on a full up PPV UFC event but if there is enough interest, we'd probably host something here at the house.......

Big Screen TV, good sound, quality of the company could be debated.....

THAT SAID, UFC 162 is problematic as that is up against the Daytona Summer race - but if folks want to try the next one, we'd probably be up to host!

Nah I don't think I'm gonna be competing in any MMA fights. I do plan on doing brazilian jiu jitsu competitions though.

Since there wasn't really much interest in this event, I'm just going to watch UFC 162 with my MMA coach at his house. Maybe we can do something together for a future card.
