The smaller the pulley, the faster the blower spins and the more boost it produces. I don't know which pulley is right for you. I'd run that by Sam. He'll be able to tell you what size you want to run.

I can still change my answer. I had initially gone with 80something based upon GTM's suggestion but I don't want to risk my motor.

Call Sam and discuss it with him. He'll be able to tell you which one will be best for you.

Is sam a GTM guy? If so I'll call him on Tues. I've been talking to someone named Mike.
Also I see after reading other build threads, I might be able to get a price break if I show them the car etc. Is Sam the guy to talk to?

Gtm is Sams shop. He was incredibly helpful in talking me through the different options with his kits. I'd do it by phone, not email. They're swamped with the turbo kit group buy, and it'll be easier to get all your questions answered quickly. If there's any discounts to be had, it's the owner who gives them.

Wait. You are dropping in a 9 grand SC kit and have not talked to Sam yet?

Fail...

I think I talked to him 3 times before I pulled the trigger and then once or twice during the install where the directions were less than clear...

I'd like to think that Sam hired guys that have learned the GTM product line and can speak about them without having to run to the boss! If Sam is the only one knowledgable about the product line in his whole company, then I would say that was a "Fail" on Sam's part. I'm sure Sam would have been available to DM if needed. Just my $.02

It's always easier to start at the top.

dmhenderson 05-27-2013 11:00 AM

I'll give Sam a call tomorrow.

SS_Firehawk 05-27-2013 11:38 AM

I work with Mike exclusively on my TSC kit. Mike knows his stuff well enough to give proper support and advice. If he doesn't know something or doesn't have the ability to do it, he will ask Sam or the tech working on my car.

G37sHKS 05-27-2013 11:51 AM

Oo speaking of Mike. He's one of the best people!

dmhenderson 05-27-2013 12:34 PM

I'm just going to call and talk to him to make sure everything is kosher.

Hi mark

Mike will be off for the next couple days so i though I'll answer your questions.

As for payment there is couple option, You can pay via wire transfer/direct deposit to our account or via Credit card .

The down side to credit card payment is that we do charge a 3% credit card fees. So to avoid the credit card fees i would recommend the direct deposit . Just let us now witch way you want to go and we can send you the proper document for the order .

To get the order going we do require the full payment on the order, Once the order is paid for, it will be put the queue and we'll start putting the order together. Usual leads time is about 2-4 weeks depending how many orders we have going .

We'll firm up the shipping date once the order is placed .

Sam
