Yeah, I thought about the title for a minute to ensure I wasn't going to be banished for life!

So I'll have company - whew! I'm not too proud for their helmets, I just happen to already own a Snell/DOT helmet that fits me perfectly.

Yeah, since I track every now and then I have my own helmet. I only have to deal with my own cooties that way.

Sounds like you guys should have a smashing time tomorrow! Wish I could join, but I will be at AAM getting the ARk installed tomorrow. :D

My helmet is already loaded up in the car. I only want to deal with my own sweat and funk, no one elses. :|

I want to catch some new diseases so I am renting.

I'm bringing mine as well. I even have my collar that helps support the helmet. I think that equates to at least 25 more horsepower for my kart! :rofl2:

The guy in the picture on the first post has one of the neck collars. Helps keep the helmet vertical during cornering.

Who in their right mind wouldn't bring his own helmet if they owned one. That right there told me the person writing this was clueless. I've been doing indoor Kart racing since about 2001 or so have never heard anyone say a word about someone with their own helmet. As a matter of fact I use to run with some guys that ran Pa. SCCA races and ALL of them had their own gear. Don't you feel safer with your own stuff?
REALLY dumb comment.... NO ONE CARES! :)
