Ark vs FI isn't going to have a drastic difference as the flow patterns are roughly the same. I'm just saying, I have them, and 330 won't happen. I don't want to see your hopes not fulfilled..

They're super huge files, if you want me to email them to you, I'll try to figure out a way.

That would be awesome if you could. I usually roll alone when I go to this things and wanna know what it sounds like lol

Mustang is lowww. Aka a heart breaker dyno.

Chris Idk man you may be surprised. No one has my setup. Same things were being said with the momentums

Next time you come down, we'll figure out something. Chase vids or something...

Mustangs read low, due to being a load bearing dyno. DynoJets are usually the middle ground, dynodynamics and dynapacks are usually the higher reading ones.

If the Ark exhaust was that much better than the FI system, no one would buy FI. That doesn't make sense to me.

MyKindaGuise 04-01-2013 10:03 PM

I'd like to see what you guys would get on mcnews mustang dyno. Would be interesting for sure

I have a bumper mounted GoPro I'm anxious to test out.

I understand that, but I'm just telling you not to get your hopes up. Momentums are shorty headers so granted there was reason to doubt them... I still am not sure exactly why they supposedly make so much more, when compared to our parts. But I'm not a fan of using parts from another motor on mine, that's just me.

I hope you DO tag 330 because it might help give light to my problem. But as of yet, I don't think anyone with any setup and the headers has hit 300, and I have every bolt on you can do besides the motordyne manifuld which is a joke/ripoff.

Its really because FI has a lot of hype. Ask a lot of the people who have an ark. They wouldn't trade it for anything. Personally the sound is just better to me. not even the sound as a whole. Little things like flutters on down shifts and the sound when the flood gates open at 4k. FI is great they make really good stuff hence me having their headers. I just think the Ark is the better exhaust mostly because of x pipe placement

My previous Dyno's were on a Mustang.

And with K&N Drop Ins, MAF Tubes, Headers and CBE, and Pulleys, I did 284whp with no tune.

They make power because of the collector they run. It flows better with less turbulence. Also why the Ark is so good. That x pipe placement is perfect in stopping a lot of turbulence.
