I blew his doors off and yet I still feel like a jerk because I was doing dangerous sh*t in traffic. I think this means I am now old. Hooray.

I had a "hellaflush" Civic SI downshift really hard next to me and peel out

Also he had negative camber on his front wheels and the rear wheels had that "hovercraft" look to them. I have no idea what to make of any of that other than the fact that he hates his tires a lot.

Maybe he had VTEC but it just never kicked in while I was literally driving circles around him. My mood was more like "mellow and tired and kinda amused" while his was more "frothing at the mouth rage giving me the finger out his drivers side window"
idgi That would be like me pulling up to oh i dunno a carerra and expecting to win or sometihng.

haha I wouldn't sleep on civics, regardless of how dookie they look.. doesn't take much for those little things to put a spanking on a 370z, they weigh next to nothing
Which is why I miss my civic the most, put out right around 320whp but I hung with corvettes and some of the big dogs, slept on a bunch of evos, stis. Although I never really got traction anywhere, it was quite the highway beast.

Yeah but you can make any POS fast.
I did enjoy my '06 Civic, though. Good every day car. I traded it in on my 370Z. I should have kept it but I guess at the time I only wanted one car.

Quote:
pros of modding a civic/integra: they are super light, aftermarket parts are STUPID cheap, the power to weight ratio within a certain budget makes it an extremely great platform, con; you fall into the ricer/beaner category and the crowd is 90% broke college students or high schoolers

LOL first time at the track did 13.0 @ 114, could not get any damn traction, they don't call it fail wheel drive for no reason. With those traps I shouldve been low 12s
