BOBO's belated Housewarming Party -- 25 August

So I'm finally going to do this, me thinks. I'm still in the planning stages, but we'll have access to two grills (one charcoal, another propane) so cooking things will be a breeze. I'm game for any ideas - I've NEVER done a housewarming party, so I could use suggestions! We also have access to a decently large open grass field to play some games or whatever we'd like. Parking is plentiful, and should make for some decent photos too.

aww man, that's my birthday and I'll be in Vancouver. I guess add me to the douchebag list (i'd probably be on that list regardless of attendance)
