Hey Guys,

I've been toying with the idea of getting a new set of wheels to make the Roadster stand out a bit from the norm. I don't think I want to do dark wheels on the Black Cherry. What do you guys think of this wheel.

RandyD 04-17-2012 11:48 AM

that would look sweet :) imo

Cristobal09 04-17-2012 11:59 AM

I like them, personally I think Silver in those rims would look best, but im plain like that.

TerribleONE 04-17-2012 12:00 PM

I am a fan

shadoquad 04-17-2012 12:06 PM

They're cool. I'm not a huge fan of gold wheels, but if you like the look, I don't see a problem.

I hear ya. I have never even thought of gold wheels in the past, but these don't seem over the top and I think would really look sharp against the Black Cherry.

RandyD 04-17-2012 12:33 PM

totally agree - gold goes with the cherry... not with mine :)

Here's what the wheels look like on a black Z.

erkthejerk73 04-17-2012 02:16 PM

I think they will look good. Especially if you're lowered.

I'm seeing what the package would run with TPMS and Super Sports. Then seeing if I can get them here in time for ZdayZ.

ZCarMan 04-17-2012 05:02 PM

Do it.

b1adesofcha0s 04-18-2012 07:04 AM

I think those would look awesome with the black cherry

Greg, that is the style of wheels I'm looking for mine too. I'm just not ready to pull the trigger since the wheels form the Sport Pkg to me are nice and the tires still have enough thread.

What is the brand, size and offset? I don't want to use spacers with aftermarket wheels.

Hey Jose,

It's Vertini, 19X9 20 offset and 19x10.5 25 offset. I'm not planning to use spacers. Front tire 255/35/19 and rear tire 295/30/19.

I like the sport wheels also, just want to have something a bit different. They also make this wheel in gloss black and matte black.

19x9 for 255/35/19, I would expect for that tire the rim to be 19x9.5....

What is the package running and what tires are you getting with it?

The tire sizes were their recommendation. I am looking at the Pilot Super Sports. Still working on the final price as I am also getting new TPMS's installed with the wheels.

m4a1mustang 04-18-2012 02:09 PM

255 is just fine for a 9" wide rim. I run 275 on 19x9s.

b1adesofcha0s 04-18-2012 03:06 PM

Yup I'm also running 275's on a 9" wide rim.

Pauly 04-18-2012 03:18 PM

trying to picture that on black cherry. guessing it will be awesomeness

Yeah 275/35 all around for me.

sixpax 04-18-2012 09:00 PM

those rims in gold + black cherry = winning

Roadster4Us 04-18-2012 09:25 PM

Thanks for the feedback guys. Order placed, although doubtful I'll have them in time for ZdayZ.

Wheels and Tires Are On

3 Attachment(s)
Wheels and tires came in Saturday and I finally had time today to get them on. Turned out great although I am now thinking about doing a small drop.

RandyD 05-28-2012 02:10 PM

nice greg!

PapoZalsa 05-28-2012 02:14 PM

Nice! Closer pics from the back? Can't wait to see in person.

If you want a small drop go with TEINs, that is what I got and I'm happy with them.

shadoquad 05-28-2012 02:14 PM

Pretty sweet
